DCCI Ministries
Last updated: June 2026
1. WHO WE ARE
DCCI Ministries ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website https://dcciministries.com.
We are a Christian ministry based primarily in the United Kingdom, with collaborators and technical administration in the United States.
CONTACT INFORMATION
- Privacy, content, or theological inquiries:
[email protected] - Website, technical, or bug reports:
[email protected]
2. OUR COMMITMENT TO PRIVACY
We respect the privacy of our visitors and supporters. We collect only the data necessary to operate this ministry website, communicate with users, and protect the site from abuse.
We do not sell personal data.
3. WHAT DATA WE COLLECT
Depending on how you interact with the site, we may collect the following:
A. INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE VOLUNTARILY
- Name and email address (contact forms, newsletter signup)
- Account information (when user accounts and comments are enabled)
- Messages you send through our contact form
Contact form messages: When you use the contact form, your message is emailed to our ministry team. We do not store the text of your message in our website database — only a timestamp (and whether you opted into the newsletter) for operational counts.
B. AUTOMATICALLY COLLECTED INFORMATION
- IP address
- Browser and device information
- Cookies and similar technologies
- Interaction data related to embedded media (such as YouTube videos)
4. CONTACT FORM, SPAM PROTECTION, AND GLOBAL ACCESS
We want people worldwide to reach us — including visitors in places where internet access is restricted and privacy tools (such as VPNs) are necessary for safety.
For that reason we do not require Google reCAPTCHA on the contact form, and we do not block visitors simply because they use a VPN or similar privacy tools. Those measures can wrongly stop legitimate users, especially in high-surveillance regions.
We still protect the form with server-side measures that do not ask you to prove you are human to a third party:
- Hidden honeypot fields and timing checks
- Input sanitization and rate limiting
- Blocking of known disposable email domains and abusive link patterns
Contact form messages are delivered by email to our ministry inbox. We do not copy full message content into our database, to reduce the risk if systems were ever accessed without authorization.
5. COOKIES AND EMBEDDED CONTENT
This website uses cookies for:
- Basic site functionality and security
- Spam prevention and rate limiting
- Embedded third-party content (such as YouTube videos)
Embedded YouTube videos may collect data as if you visited YouTube directly. This is governed by Google's privacy policies.
By using this site, you acknowledge the use of cookies required for functionality and embedded media.
6. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
We use or plan to use the following services:
- Hosting & infrastructure: Firebase (Google)
- Embedded media: YouTube (Google)
- Analytics (planned): Google Analytics / Firebase Analytics
- Spam protection (contact form): Server-side honeypots, rate limiting, and input validation — not Google reCAPTCHA (see section 4)
- Donations (external):
- PayPal
- Patreon
- Cash App
Donations are processed on third-party platforms and are governed by their respective privacy policies. We do not store payment details on our servers.
7. USER ACCOUNTS AND COMMENTS
User accounts and comments are planned features but are not currently available to the general public.
When comments are enabled:
- Account data will be limited to what is necessary for participation
- Comments may be moderated
- Abuse, harassment, or spam will not be tolerated
A separate Comment Policy will apply at that time.
8. HOW WE USE DATA
We use collected data to:
- Respond to messages and inquiries
- Send newsletters (if you opt in)
- Maintain site security and performance
- Improve the website and its content
- Moderate future comments or community features
9. DATA RETENTION
We retain personal data only as long as necessary:
- Contact form correspondence is kept in our ministry email accounts (not in the website database as message text)
- Newsletter data is retained until you unsubscribe
- Technical logs are retained for security and troubleshooting
10. YOUR RIGHTS (UK GDPR / EU GDPR)
If you are located in the UK or EU, you have the right to:
- Request access to the personal data we hold about you (read-only access)
At this time, requests for correction or deletion may be limited depending on technical constraints, but we will respond in good faith to all legitimate inquiries.
TO MAKE A REQUEST, CONTACT:
[email protected]
11. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
This website is intended for adults.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
12. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy as the site grows or new features are added. The "Last updated" date will always reflect the most recent revision.
