18 October 2020 Speakers Corner, London
Following the October 16th murder of French Teacher Samuel Paty for teaching freedom of speech to school age children, we wanted to open up discussions and debates on freedom of expression for purposes of building a better future and society.
Samuel Paty was a middle school History teacher in France. He was killed by a follower of Islam for showing pictures of Muhammad during a class discussion on of freedom of expression.
Hatun Tash takes some of the pictures of Muhammad to Speakers Corner to continue the discussion on freedom of expression.
Can anyone be above criticism? Should anyone be harmed for a picture? Do we live our lives by our feelings? When does feelings matter? Are feelings more important than truth?
We are having controversial discussions for better future.
A special Thanks to Soco for recording.
