Dr. Tony Costa will be teaching a new online course entitled 'No King but Christ: Standing for Christ in a Godless Age'. The course will run for 8 Sunday evenings from 7:00 pm EST to 9:30 pm EST beginning on Sunday September 26, 2021 and ending on Sunday November 21, 2021.
This course will deal with a series of issues like the place of the church in the world, the great apostasy we are seeing spread through the church, the absolute supremacy and sovereignty of God over all including our lives, families, employment among other things. We will also examine the value of human life as the image of God, the relation of church to government, when to say 'no' to government when they interfere with the worship of the church. We will learn about the rebellion of humans throughout history against the divine King and the consequences in history of their rebellion. These and other issues will be covered. We affirm there is no King but Christ and that He is supreme, pre-eminent over every aspect of our existence.
