The structure of the debate will include: 20 minutes of opening statements for each side, three rounds of 15-minute rebuttals, five minutes of closing statements, and a question-and-answer session with the audience. Mary Harb will speak first, followed by Robert Spencer. Mary Harb will take the affirmative position, arguing that Mohammed did exist, while Robert Spencer will argue the opposite—that Mohammed did not exist.
