Muslims wonder how Jesus could eat, sleep, go to the toilet etc, and still be God; however Christians have never had a problem with Jesus' unique nature as God-Man, where Jesus lays aside some of his divine attributes in order to come to earth and die on a Cross for the sins of mankind.
Watch Jay Smith and Doug turn the tables on Allah; as Allah can't do any of these things (because of his immutable Oneness), doesn't that make him limited and therefore not to be worshipped as God?
